Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns without prior authorization may be refused at our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's processing time.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount or promotion on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and we will investigate the matter.

For bank transfers, additional processing time (typically 3-5 business days) may be required for the refund to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please contact us immediately.
